First seen Apr 09, 2026 · Last updated Apr 30, 2026 · Updated 2 times
Summary
This small study tested whether the sleep drug lemborexant (5 mg) helps people sleep longer and better during the day after working night shifts, without feeling sleepy later. Only 5 people took part in a 3-day simulated night shift in a lab. The study was stopped early, so results are limited.
