First seen May 20, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This study tested whether short, personalized videos delivered through a mobile app could encourage healthy adults to buy more legumes like beans and lentils. Over 600 university students participated in a simulated online grocery shopping task. Researchers measured how many legume servings they added to their cart and their attitudes toward legumes. The goal was to see if tailored communication can promote healthier and more sustainable food choices.
