NCT ID NCT05701618

First seen Apr 04, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 5 times

Summary

This study looked at whether a short video that teaches teens how fear and stress affect pain can help them recover from leg pain. 86 teens aged 12-17 with leg pain that started without an injury took part. They were split into two groups: one watched the special video, the other watched a standard video. Researchers then tracked their pain, function, and activity levels for a year.
