Warm legs, better steps: heat therapy trial for PAD

Summary

This study tests whether daily leg heat therapy can improve walking ability and quality of life in people with peripheral artery disease (PAD). About 106 adults over age 50 with PAD will use heated trousers at home for 90 minutes each day. The main goal is to see if this treatment helps them walk farther in 6 minutes after 12 weeks.
