NCT ID NCT02985125
First seen Apr 09, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 8 times
Summary
This study tested a combination of two drugs, LEE011 and everolimus, in 12 people with advanced pancreatic cancer that had stopped responding to standard chemotherapy. The goal was to find the best dose and see if the combination could slow tumor growth. While the approach aims to control the disease, it is not a cure, and patients may need ongoing treatment.
