Summary
This study tests whether a mobile health unit program can help Black adults in Detroit lower their blood pressure and prevent stage 2 hypertension. Participants receive personalized lifestyle coaching from community health workers. The goal is to address social barriers like food access and safe places to exercise. About 330 adults with mildly elevated blood pressure will take part.
