Summary
This study follows about 100 people with Alagille syndrome who are taking the medication Livmarli. Researchers want to see how safe the drug is over time and how it affects liver function and overall health. Participants will be monitored for side effects, changes in liver tests, and long-term outcomes like the need for a liver transplant.
