Can better leadership training make hospitals safer for nurses?
NCT ID NCT06989294
Summary
This study tested whether a special training program for head nurses, focused on 'lean leadership' methods, could improve workplace safety for the staff nurses they supervise. It involved 200 nurses at a children's hospital in Egypt. The goal was to see if teaching leaders to identify and reduce waste and inefficiency would lead to a safer work environment for their teams.
