First seen Jan 30, 2026 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 17 times
Summary
This study tests a leadership program called LOCI that helps nurse managers and staff use the best available research in their daily work. About 300 nurses and managers from psychiatric and elder care units will take part in training and mentoring over nine months. The goal is to improve how suicide prevention and malnutrition care are delivered. Researchers will measure whether the program is useful and whether it leads to better use of evidence-based practices.
