Summary
This study is testing a 6-month leadership development program for faculty at the University of Colorado School of Medicine who manage at least 5 employees. The program aims to teach better leadership skills and create peer support groups to help reduce burnout and improve job satisfaction among healthcare leaders. Researchers will measure changes in burnout, leadership confidence, and sense of belonging among 125 participating faculty members.
