New drug combo shows promise for Hard-to-Treat cancers
NCT ID NCT05223231
First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This early-phase trial tested a new drug called LBL-019, given alone or with another immunotherapy, in 26 adults with advanced cancers that no longer responded to standard treatments. The main goal was to check safety and find the right dose. Researchers also looked at whether the drug helped shrink tumors or control the disease. Since participants had late-stage cancers and the study was small, this is not a cure but aims to manage the disease.
