Summary
This study looked at whether smelling lavender can help people over 65 sleep better and have better physical balance. 90 older adults took part, and researchers measured sleep quality and balance before and after using lavender scent. The goal was to find a safe, non-drug way to improve sleep and reduce fall risk in seniors.
