Summary

This study tested a laughter yoga program for 8th graders to see if it could reduce peer bullying. The program included education and laughter exercises based on a health model. Researchers measured changes in empathy, bullying knowledge, and how often students experienced bullying. The goal was to find a new, engaging way to improve school social life.
