First seen Jun 26, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This study tested a laughter yoga program for mothers caring for children with special needs. The training combined laughter exercises with stress management and communication skills. Researchers measured caregiving burden, positive mental health, perceived stress, and stress hormone levels in 40 mothers. The goal was to see if this approach could improve their well-being.
