First seen May 02, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 4 times
Summary
This study tested whether a simple, daily 1-minute group laughter exercise (called a Laughie) could improve well-being in 20 earthquake survivors in Türkiye. Participants laughed together online once a day and practiced on their own twice a day for two weeks. The results suggest the program is easy to do and may help boost mood and energy.
