Summary
This study tested a laughter-based program called the Laughie Prescription on 50 nursing students in Türkiye who lived through a major earthquake. The goal was to see if it could improve their well-being and happiness while reducing post-traumatic stress. Participants completed surveys before and after the program to measure changes. The results may offer a simple, low-cost way to support mental health after a disaster.
