Summary
This study tested whether a pill called LAU-7b could help adults with moderate to severe Long COVID feel better. Researchers compared the drug to a placebo (a dummy pill) in 272 participants over 12 weeks. The main goal was to see if the treatment improved people's physical health and reduced common symptoms like fatigue, brain fog, and pain.
