New hope for lymphoma patients: CAR T-Cell therapy targets late relapses

Summary
This study tests a treatment called axicabtagene ciloleucel (a CAR T-cell therapy) in 45 adults whose diffuse large B-cell lymphoma has come back after a long period. The goal is to see if this therapy can make the cancer disappear on scans at 3 months. Participants receive one infusion and are followed for up to 5 years.
