Laser light vs. wrist brace: new study aims to ease hand pain
NCT ID NCT07294157
Summary
This study aims to find out which non-surgical treatment works better for carpal tunnel syndrome: wearing a wrist splint or receiving high-intensity laser therapy. Both treatments will be added to a standard physical therapy program. Researchers will measure changes in pain, hand function, grip strength, and nerve health in 78 participants over six weeks.
