Summary
This study tested two non-invasive treatments—low-level laser therapy and shock wave therapy—for chronic low back pain. Forty adults aged 20 to 40 with mechanical low back pain received one of the treatments. Researchers measured changes in pain and daily function using standard questionnaires and a pain scale.
