Summary
This study tested different ways to fix a lip-tie (a tight band of tissue under the upper lip) in 94 adults. It compared using a scalpel, a laser, and adding a special light therapy after surgery to help healing. The main goal was to see which method caused less pain, less trouble speaking or chewing, and better quality of life after the procedure.
