Summary
This study compares two non-invasive treatments—high-power laser and pulsed electromagnetic therapy—for reducing pain and improving nerve function in people with lumbar radiculopathy (sciatica from a herniated disc). Sixty participants aged 55-68 will receive one of the therapies, and researchers will measure pain levels and nerve reflexes. The goal is to see which treatment offers better symptom relief.
