Summary
This study tests a new laser treatment called SiLaC for pilonidal sinus, a painful condition near the tailbone. The goal is to see if this less invasive method helps people recover faster and with less pain than traditional surgery. About 40 adults will take part, and their recovery time and satisfaction will be tracked.
