Laser light may soothe growing pains in young athletes

Summary
This study tests whether low-level laser therapy (a painless light treatment) can reduce knee or heel pain in active kids aged 10-17 with Osgood-Schlatter or Sever disease. About 30 young athletes will receive either real laser therapy or a sham (placebo) treatment over 2 weeks. Researchers will measure pain, function, and safety to see if the laser works better than placebo.
