Summary
This study tested if shining red or infrared laser light on damaged nerves in the face and mouth could help them heal. Thirty adults with nerve injuries that had not improved for at least six months received the laser treatment. The goal was to see if the therapy could reduce pain and improve feeling in the affected area.
