New laser combo eases stubborn neck pain, study finds

Summary
This study tested whether a special laser treatment can reduce neck pain caused by muscle knots (trigger points). 48 adults with chronic neck pain received either standard laser, infrared laser, or a dual-frequency laser plus physical therapy twice a week for four weeks. The goal was to see which approach best lowered pain and improved neck movement.
