Summary
This study tested two different laser wavelengths (980nm and 635nm) to ease myofascial pain in the jaw muscles. Thirty adults received 10 laser sessions over five weeks. Researchers measured pain levels and how wide the mouth could open before and after treatment. The goal was to see which laser works better for reducing pain and improving jaw movement.
