NCT ID NCT07584603

First seen May 20, 2026 · Last updated May 21, 2026 · Updated 1 time

Summary

This study looks at whether high-intensity laser therapy, added to standard physiotherapy, can improve knee cartilage thickness and reduce pain in people with knee osteoarthritis. About 58 adults aged 40 to 60 with moderate knee arthritis will receive either laser plus physiotherapy or physiotherapy alone for 4 weeks. Researchers will measure changes in cartilage using ultrasound and track pain, movement, and daily function.
