NCT ID NCT07264153

First seen Jan 11, 2026 · Last updated May 25, 2026 · Updated 17 times

Summary

This study tests whether high-intensity laser therapy (HILT) can ease lower back and buttock pain caused by the acne drug isotretinoin. About 50 people aged 18 to 35 who have had this pain for at least a month will receive either laser treatment or a placebo. The goal is to see if the laser reduces pain and tenderness, helping people move better without needing long-term medication.
