Summary

This study is testing a two-part procedure to treat painful, bleeding, or protruding hemorrhoids. It combines a laser treatment (LHP) with a simple stitch technique (SM) to lift the tissue. Researchers will follow 100 adults for one year to see how well it relieves symptoms, reduces pain medication use, and prevents hemorrhoids from coming back.
