Laser combo may cut injection time for eye vein blockage swelling

Summary
This study tests whether adding targeted laser treatment to standard ranibizumab injections can reduce how long people need injections for swelling caused by a blocked central retinal vein. About 88 adults with this condition will receive either injections alone or injections plus laser. The goal is to see if the combination leads to a longer treatment-free period of at least 6 months.
