Summary
This study tests whether low-dose laser acupuncture can improve sleep in people with major depression and insomnia. 120 adults will receive 30 laser sessions over six weeks, plus their usual depression medication. Researchers will measure sleep quality, depression levels, and safety, comparing laser acupuncture to a fake laser treatment.
