NCT ID NCT07547423

First seen Apr 25, 2026 · Last updated May 21, 2026 · Updated 4 times

Summary

This study tests whether a low-level laser applied to specific points on the ear can improve sleep in women with breast cancer who have insomnia. Seventy participants will receive either real or sham laser treatments twice a week for five weeks. Researchers will measure sleep quality, fatigue, anxiety, and depression using wrist monitors, sleep diaries, and questionnaires. The goal is to find a non-drug way to ease insomnia and related symptoms.
