Summary
This study tests whether laser acupuncture, a painless treatment using low-level light, can improve middle ear function and reduce the return of fluid buildup (otitis media with effusion) in children aged 2 to 10. Participants receive four sessions over two weeks, plus standard decongestants, and are monitored for one month. The goal is to see if this approach helps more than a sham procedure.
