Summary

This study compares two surgical methods for early-stage endometrial cancer: laparoscopic (keyhole) surgery and traditional open surgery. The goal is to see if the keyhole approach is as safe and effective, with fewer complications and faster recovery. About 30 women with stage 1A or 1B endometrial cancer will take part.
