Scientists uncover learning patterns in Children's language development
NCT ID NCT04531514
Summary
This research study aims to understand how children with developmental language disorder learn sound and grammar patterns differently than typically developing children. Researchers worked with 105 toddlers and children to test whether certain pattern types are harder to learn for those with language difficulties. The findings could help develop earlier detection methods and better teaching approaches for children struggling with language.
