Summary
This study tests an inhaled medication called LAM-001 (sirolimus) in 85 adults with pulmonary hypertension caused by interstitial lung disease. The goal is to see if it improves blood flow in the lungs and is safe to use alongside standard treatments. Participants are randomly assigned to receive either the drug or a placebo for 24 weeks.
