Summary
This study tests a new drug, LAD191, in 200 adults with moderate-to-severe hidradenitis suppurativa (HS), a painful skin condition causing boils and tunnels. The goal is to see if LAD191 can reduce the number of inflamed lesions better than a placebo. Participants will receive either LAD191, an active comparator, or a placebo, and be monitored for safety and effectiveness over several weeks.
