Summary
This study aims to find the best time to induce labor for low-risk pregnant women in China. It compares inducing labor at 39 weeks, at 41 weeks, or waiting for labor to start naturally. The main goal is to see if earlier induction reduces the need for C-sections and improves safety for mothers and babies.
