NCT ID NCT07330557
First seen Jan 10, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 22 times
Summary
This study tested a simple hopscotch exercise program for women in early labor. 110 first-time mothers were split into two groups: one did the hopscotch moves plus standard care, the other had standard care only. Researchers measured how satisfied mothers were with their birth experience and how labor progressed. The goal was to see if this gentle activity could make labor more comfortable and positive.
