Summary
This early-stage study tests the safety of a new inhaled drug called L608, designed to treat pulmonary arterial hypertension (high blood pressure in the lungs). Researchers will give single increasing doses to 32 healthy adults aged 18 to 65 and monitor for side effects. The goal is to find a safe dose range before testing in patients with the disease.
