Summary

This study tests a new treatment called KYV-101 for people with stiff person syndrome, a rare disease that causes severe muscle stiffness and spasms. The treatment uses a patient's own immune cells, modified to target and calm the immune system. The study will enroll 25 adults to see if the therapy improves walking ability and is safe.
