New hope for hard-to-treat leukemia? early trial combines three drugs

Summary
This early-phase trial tests a new drug (navtemadlin) combined with two standard drugs (decitabine and venetoclax) in adults with acute myeloid leukemia that has come back or not responded to treatment. The main goals are to find the safest dose and check for side effects. About 58 people will take part.
