Summary
This early-stage study is testing the safety of a new personalized vaccine for people with advanced non-small cell lung cancer that has specific KRAS gene mutations. The vaccine is designed to teach the body's immune system to recognize and attack cancer cells. It is being given in combination with standard chemotherapy and immunotherapy drugs to see if the combined approach is safe and feasible.
