Summary
This early study tests a new treatment for people with advanced colorectal, pancreatic, or lung cancer that has a specific change in the KRAS gene (called G12V). The treatment uses the patient's own immune cells, which are modified in a lab to better recognize and attack cancer cells. The main goals are to check the treatment's safety and see if it can shrink tumors. Only 8 people are taking part, and all have already tried standard treatments without success.
