Summary
This observational study tracks 80 people with advanced pancreatic cancer that has a specific genetic change called KRAS G12R. Participants receive one of three treatment plans: a MEK inhibitor combined with other drugs, with or without hydroxychloroquine or an EGFR inhibitor. The goal is to see how well these combinations control the cancer and what side effects occur.
