Summary
This study offers continued access to the cancer drug opnurasib for people with KRAS G12C-mutated lung or other solid tumors who are already benefiting from it in a Novartis-sponsored trial. About 40 participants will keep receiving opnurasib alone or with other treatments, while researchers monitor safety and how long they stay on the drug. The goal is to provide ongoing treatment and gather more safety information.
