Summary
This study looks at whether a community-based program combining water exercises and peer support is practical for adults waiting for knee replacement surgery. About 48 participants will either receive usual NHS care or also join weekly pool sessions and home exercises. The goal is to see if a larger trial is possible and what benefits the program might offer.
