Blindfolded balance training could speed knee surgery recovery

NCT ID NCT06936267

Summary

This study tests whether balance exercises done with eyes closed help people recover better after knee replacement surgery. Researchers want to see if this type of training improves stability and movement in 66 patients aged 60-85. The goal is to find better rehabilitation methods since many patients aren't fully satisfied with their recovery six months after surgery.
