Summary
This study is testing a special pillow called the Zero Degree Knee positioner. It's designed to help people recover better at home after total knee replacement surgery. The research will compare patients using the pillow to those following standard recovery instructions to see if it improves knee straightening and reduces pain. The goal is to find a simple tool to make home-based rehabilitation more effective.
